A Podocarpus screen stands upright and close to the line, so a narrow side yard turns private without giving up the walkway.
Second‑story windows, a neighbor’s floodlight, headlights off the street. Height without width.
Podocarpus takes a straight, rectangular shape and keeps it. Clipped tight or left a little soft, it answers well to the shears and holds its edge for months.
